CHELSEA were crowned champions once again on Friday night after beating West Brom to clinch their sixth league title. Antonio Conte’s side beat West Brom at The Hawthorns thanks to Michy Batshuayi’s late goal and sealed the title with two games to spare. Friday's win moved them 10 points clear of second-placed Tottenham who have three games remaining.
