Incredible imprint made by a crow on a window after flying into it

A crow reportedly flew into a window and left an imprint of its body and wings on the glass. Thankfully it wasn’t hurt in the ordeal. Richard Kantor thought there had been an explosion in the house when he heard the crash but the cause of the noise was a huge crow which had flown into a window at his house and left the distinctive mark of its body and wings. He then saw the bird dust itself down before flying off.
His wife, Liz, aged 54, said, it wasn’t the first time birds had flown into the window. She said their house is "some kind of flight path" which confuses birds into flying into the glass. Liz told the Coventry Telegraph : “I think our garden must be on some kind of flight path - this has happened a few times.
“I have also seen an owl and a bat fly into the pane of glass. It is all very bizarre.
“My husband was eating his breakfast and heard a big explosion.
“He ran to the back and saw the crow dusting itself down before flying off.
“You can quite clearly see the crow’s face and beak on the glass - the bird must have hit the glass at some speed.”
With that imprint, its amazing how the crow made it alive!
