A beautiful photo of a big brother helping his dad care for the family's premature twins has gone viral. The touching snap shows the father and son laid out next to each other, with a baby each snuggled on their chests. It is being said that the use of skin-to-skin therapy for prematurely born babies is a better practice than placing them in an incubator. It is also believed that exposure to the parent's bacterial flora - compared with hospital bacteria - reduces the risk of serious infections in the vulnerable tots.
