Police arrest man running around with bells hanging from his genitals. Read his reason below

64-year-old Kenneth Allen Beck of Riverton, Utah, was arrested on Thursday, for what police described as a “rather unique” way of exposing himself. Police were called after 4:30 p.m., on a report of a man running with no clothes on and bells hanging from him genitals near the Diamond Fork hot spots in Spanish Fork Canyon, according to Sgt. Spencer Cannon of the Utah County Sheriff’s Office. Girls who witnessed the incident, told police that Beck exposed himself in front of them. Police said that the girls were between 8 and 16 years old.
Police said that Beck told officers that he got naked and put the bells on his genitals to see the girls’ reactions. Beck was cited for lewdness involving a child.
