A small child visiting Michigan's Beaver Island shocked her relatives on camera when she fearlessly picked up a snake as long as she is tall. The video, posted to YouTube by user Jay F, shows the filmer's niece, who he calls "Princess Adriana," sifting through some wood while on Michigan's Beaver Island.
"Look what I found!" the girl says, as she picks up the enormous live snake. The girl's relatives react with a mixture of shock and laughter.
"Alright, throw him in the water 'cause he might try to bite you, OK?"
The calm child is unable to free the snake's tail from a stick, so she just sets it down. "Bye snake!" she says.
The uploader said the tot was "taking after her father who was legendary for this kind of thing when he was a child."
