Married couple forces boy and girl to have sex with them as part of sex education

A married couple was arrested on a charge of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 after allegedly forcing a boy and girl to have sex with them in order to teach the children about sex, according to police in Texas. Fort Worth police said that they have arrested 40-year-old Jose Ernesto "Joe" Ramos and 31-year-old Annetta Theresa Ramos, after the two forced the boy and he girl to participate in sexual acts with them over a period of several years. The married couple was booked into the Tarrant County Jail, and bail was set at $500,000 each. According to the criminal complaint, the alleged abuse occurred at the couple's home.
Jose watched, trained and instructed the boy how to perform sexual acts with Annetta. Annetta watched, trained and instructed the girl how to perform sexual acts with Jose.
Jose sexually assaulted the girl without his wife’s knowledge numerous times. The alleged abuse had been going on for years before one of the children told a friend who alerted a counselor at school. Child Protective Services and the police then got involved. In an interview with Child Protective Services, the girl revealed that Jose forced her to have sex with him. If she resisted, he threatened to beat her or physically grabbed her. The boy told Child Protective Services, the Annetta forced him to perform sexual acts on her. The boy decided to reveal the abuse after learning that Jose was planning to have another man have sex with the girl.
