Toddler dangles from metal bars of a three-storey high building

Shocking footage has caught the moment a two-year-old is seen hanging from the window bars of a building in China. Terrified neighbours can be seen rushing to try and stretch out blankets and quilts to rescue the young child who fell while playing unsupervised. According to reports, the boy eventually fell from the bars and into the safety of the quilts held by family members. He was unhurt in the incident.
