US: Teacher arrested after shots were fired at Dalton High School in Georgia

A teacher has been arrested following a security incident today in Dalton High School in Dalton, Georgia.  The teacher is currently in custody after he barricaded himself inside a classroom at a high school in northwest Georgia Wednesday, according to police. A Dalton police spokesperson told CBS News the teacher had a gun. According to CBS News: “Police responded to calls about shots being fired at Dalton High School in Dalton and reported via Twitter that a person, believed to be a teacher, was barricaded inside. A Dalton police spokesperson told CBS News the teacher had a gun.”
