A defendant shocked a courtroom after saying that he couldn’t have raped an obese woman because he is good looking while she is not, according to court documents in California. Marin County police said that they have arrested 26-year-old Izell Lewis after being accused of raping a woman and exposing himself to an Uber driver. Lewis has been charged with forcible rape and rape by a foreign object.
He was also charged with lewdness and obstructing arrest for pleasuring himself to a female Uber driver.He was booked into jail and his bail has been set at $150,000. According to the police investigation, Lewis was a boxing coach at the Bay Club Marin located in the Corte Madera Town Center.
The rape victim is acquainted with Lewis and she works at a shop in the mall.
One day, Lewis grabbed the woman and raped her. He also sexually assaulted her with an object.
In court, Lewis said that he could not have raped the woman because he is an extremely good-looking guy while the woman is obese, weighing 300 pounds.
