People who were waiting to hear a judge’s verdict were shocked to see a woman approaching the defendant and performing a sex act on him. 35-year-old Andrey Andreev of Rostov-on-Don, Russia, was charged with contempt of court after surveillance cameras recorded his girlfriend, Lidia Ziborova, 32, performing a sex act on him.
If convicted, Andreev faces a fine of up to $18,000 and up to 4 months in prison. According to the police investigation, Andreev was arrested after being accused of theft. After the trial completed, Judge Elena Armist left the courtroom to decide her verdict. That is when Ziborova approached her boyfriend and performed a sex act on him. The victim was in the courtroom when Ziborova had sex with Andreev.
Ziborova picked up her head and Andreev zipped up his pants after a court officer approached them. Ziborova could be seen on video smiling as her boyfriend stared down the officer for interrupting his sexual encounter.
The video of the incident was uploaded to the Internet, where it went viral.
