Mel B addresses criticism over Spice Girls sound gaffe

Mel B has addressed the backlash to the Spice Girls' debut tour date performance. Early on Saturday morning, Scary Spice uploaded a video to Instagram in which she admitted there were sound and vocal problems at the group's debut Dublin gig - and pledged to improve the sound quality for the next show.

A fresh-faced Mel, 43, shared the candid video at 6am the day after the first gig on the reunion tour, which left attendees venting their disappointment over sound problems inside the stadium which meant they were unable to hear the show, and resulted in some fans walking out.
Speaking into the camera whilst lying in bed, she appeared irked as she said: 'Hey guys thank you for attending our show tonight in Dublin.
'We will see you in Cardiff and hopefully the vocals and the sound will be much, much better.'
The mother-of-three then made an exasperated, and purposefully audible, sigh.
While her bandmate acknowledged the sound gaffe, Geri Horner, 46, chose to ignore the backlash to their debut tour performance as she took to Instagram to celebrate their comeback.
