At just eight-foot-wide and 1,000 square foot, this Toronto house whose listing is described as “the narrowest detached house in Toronto,” but “it’s surprisingly spacious,” according to realtor Frank Leo, features two bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a sauna and numerous features like granite counter tops and cathedral ceiling.  The house is located at 383 Shuter St. in Regent Park.
According to Leo, the house is for someone who appreciates being different, the Toronto star reports. The house comes with  a baggage though...your stuff must be able to fit through the door!
