Nurse drops day-old baby at hospital, fracturing his skull

Although investigation is going on as to whether the act was intentional, a 30 year old veteran nurse in a hospital in Uniontown, Pa. was said to have dropped a day old baby, leading to a fractured skull.
According to the baby's mother, Jacqueline Hunt, a pediatrician claimed the nurse was feeding and nursing the newborn when the nurse became drowsy, fell asleep and dropped him.
The good news is that the baby is expected to recover as he is being treated at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
