Meet the vampire girl who drinks her boyfriend’s blood

Georgina Condon and her boyfriend   (C)GeorginaCondon

A make-up artist and self-proclaimed vampire says she drinks human blood directly from the wound of her partner every week as she 'loves the metallic taste and texture.' Georgina Condon, 38, from Brisbane found her first female 'donor,' when she was just 17-years-old, finding the experience highly sensual and seeking out Goth clubs to find more willing participants.
'It's not about the gore, it can be a very sensual thing, she enjoyed being drank from,' Ms Condon told Daily Mail Australia.
‘I was getting off on the drinking and she was getting off being drank from.'
Ms Condon said her passion started when she was just a child, before films such a Twilight or shows like True Blood and Vampire Diaries were introduced into popular culture. She would open wounds on her own body by picking off scabs and developed a thirst for blood at just 12-years-old.
'There is a science to it, it's like when you're hanging for a really good red steak,' she said.
After loving the experience she had with her first donor, the makeup artist began to frequent Goth clubs and vampire balls, finding men were often 'turned on' to discover she was a self-confessed vampire. In asking how a pair of vampires 'feed,' she said she rarely uses her fangs and instead will cut a wound with a razor or other object and let the blood 'flow'

'You have to be very careful, it can go deep very quickly,' she said.
While she has had to wrap donor's wounds before, Ms Condon said because she has practiced on herself, she knows how to avoid an artery. Ms Condon has been in a relationship with her partner Zameal for two years and said although he was surprised when she first told him as he has a fear of needles and knives, he soon agreed to be her blood donor. She said she no longer finds other donors as Zameal considers it cheating due to the intimate nature of the act. Instead she 'feeds' off him each week to keep herself satisfied. On speaking about her jagged teeth, the Brisbane woman said she had a specialist fang-maker design them.
While trying to understand why she has vampirism qualities, Ms Condon linked her love for blood to her blood condition thalassemia.
'I'm not saying that all people who have this want to drink blood, but I suffer from anemia and a lack of iron, so in a sense there is a craving there,' she said.
Ms Condon also admitted to having suffered from solar dermatitis for more than 20 years and refrains from going out in full sunlight.
While she enjoys the popular television shows True Blood and The Vampire Diaries, she said the literature and fictional nature can mask the true essence to being a vampire.
