Watch as live eel is being removed from patient’s body during operation

Footage has emerged of a live eel being pulled from a patient's body . The video shows doctors extracting the animal from the patient's stomach during an operation .  The eel appears to still be alive, wriggling as it is extracted. The clip appears to have been shot in China and may be the first footage to emerge from a recent case reported around the world involving a man with constipation. The Chinese man, 49, was said to have almost died using a folk remedy to treat his constipation by inserting the eel into his bum. But the plan turned ugly when the man suffered stomach pain and he was forced to ask doctors for help to remove the slithery eel appearing to measure about half a metre. The man had claimed the eel swam up inside him by itself but later confessed he put it there. The man had also suffered a punctured pancreas in the drama.
