The payload would be able to destroy an area “the size of Texas or France,” it was claimed by he defence ministry’s television channel Zvezda. RS-28 Sarmat is now ready to be tested which will be carried out later this year, defence sources have claimed.
Putin’s 320 silo-based missile and 1,000-warhead arsenal is set to be completely replaced while submarines and bombers will be updated. The news follows shocking revelations that Russia is approaching a breakthrough as it works create genetically modified super-soldiers. Putin warned a crowd of young students that scientists in Russia will soon break the genetic code and create something "worse than a nuclear bomb".
In a shocking speech yesterday, the Russian leader suggested that his world could soon seen sci-fi super-human soldiers who cannot feel pain or fear.
