Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine faces up to 3-years in prison for posting 2015 sex video of 13-year-old girl online

Controversial American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing up to three years in prison after he posted a sex video of a 13-year-old girl online. 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, appeared in court on Thursday after breaking the terms of his probation by getting arrested twice.
'He has violated his plea agreement,' Assistant District Attorney Sara Weiss told Manhattan Supreme Court. 'The defendant should be sentenced to a state prison sentence of one to three years.'
The 22-year-old was arrested on Wednesday at John F. Kennedy Airport after returning from the European leg of his tour, having missed a court date in a case in which he's accused of choking a 16-year-old in Houston's Galleria Mall back in January.
He was also busted in Brooklyn in May for unlicensed driving, and accused of assaulting a cop and obstruction of governmental administration.
6ix9ine's original crime occurred in October 2015, and has pleaded guilty to one count of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.
According to a police report, the incident involved a 13-year-old girl who was seen 'engaging in oral intercourse' with Taquan Anderson, who was also charged, while Tekashi stood behind her and made thrusting motions with his pelvis.
In another video, the girl was seen sitting naked on Tekashi's lap while Anderson groped her breasts. Sentencing for 6ix9ine is scheduled to take place on October 2.
