Shooting victims refuse to meet with Donald Trump

Victims of the El Paso mass shooting have all declined to meet with the country's president, Donald Trump. Eight people who are still in hospital after being shot by white supremacist, Patrick Crusius, all said they do not want to meet with Trump.
Following the killing of 31 people in a mall in El Paso, Texas, Trump flew there with his wife but wasn't welcomed by residents and victims.

A spokesman for the University Medical Center said: "This is a very sensitive time in their lives. Some of them said they didn’t want to meet with the president. Some of them didn’t want any visitors."

Mr Trump’s motorcade passed El Paso protesters holding signs that read, "Racist Go Home".
