Teen kills couple who stopped to help because he was out of gas

                           18-year-old Jesus Deniz         (C)ParkCountySheriff'sOffice

Jesus Deniz, 18, has been accused of killing a couple and injuring their daughter when the family allegedly stopped to help Deniz who said he was out of gas. Jason Shane, 51, Tana Shane, 47, and their daughter Jorah Shane, 26, decided to play good Samaritan after seeing Deniz stranded on the road, south of Pryor, Montana. The family offered Deniz a ride to a local store for gas but he tried to rob them by pulling out a gun. He told investigators that he opened fire because he was 'tired of waiting around' and because Jorah Shane 'had laughed at him' FBI officials said.
Deniz acknowledged shooting the family with a .22 caliber rifle and driving away with their car. He was later arrested near Meeteetse, about 120 miles away from Pryor.
Jorah Shane is said to be recovering in Billings hospital, while the suspect in the shooting, is awaiting trial in a Wyoming jail.
