A distraught rugby fan mutilated his own body after his favorite team lost the opener to a rival, according to police in the United Kingdom. 26-year-old Geoff Huish of Cardiff, cut off his testicles and put them in a bag before walking into a bar to show his friends what he had done. He was rushed to a hospital, where he is said to be in critical condition. According to the police investigation, on Saturday, England and Six Nations were playing a football game when Huish and his friends were drinking at a bar.
Huish was so sure that England would win the match that he promised to cut off his testicles if they lose. After England lost the game 9 to 11, Huish went home, where he took a knife and cut off his testicles. He placed them in a bag and went back to the bar to show his friends what he had done. Employee sat the bar quickly placed the testicles in ice and called police.
Police revealed that Huish suffers from mental illness.
