Linkin Park's upcoming shows canceled after Chester Bennington's death

Linkin Park's "One More Light" tour is canceled. LiveNation announced the North American tour was off a day after 41-year-old singer Chester Bennington died by suicide. The tour had its first show scheduled next week in Massachusetts and was set to continue on through October, ending in California. Ticketseller Live Nation confirmed the cancellation and said refunds would be issued.
In a statement Live Nation said, "We are incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Chester Bennington ... Our thoughts go out to all those affected."

Following Bennington's death, the Blinkin Park concerts in New York and Pennsylvania were also canceled. Those shows next week included a line-up with Blink-182, Wu-Tang Clan, and Machine Gun Kelly. As the tributes to Bennington continue to come in, many posted about donating their ticket money to suicide prevention centers.
